You are invited to join the Artisan Organics community, and your farmer, Florence Jessup, by participating in our Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program. Together we share the joys and challenges of farming and the bounty of the farm: sweet peas and tender lettuce in the spring, vine ripened tomatoes and sweet corn in the heat of summer, crisp greens in the fall.

The Artisan Organics community is rooted in the natural elements that make up the farm ecosystem from the sun to the soil and water, the birds of prey to the beneficial insects, right down to the worms and fungus that create healthy soil. Consequently, Artisan Organics practices a philosophy of farming that nurtures the environment.

These practices are reflected in day-to-day life on the farm... noon time field walks to observe insect life... timing of harvests to assure the freshest produce without the use of preservatives... using compost to recycle nutrients back in to the soil, and more.
